Okay, an explanation

Hello anyone who reads this. :) I have been working on compiling my own Food Storage Plan, and including it here if anyone wants to use some things. Basically, I have 7 breakfast meals which I have a grocery list for ALL the items needed, and times that by 52. Now we have breakfast for every day for 1 year. Then I have Dinners (no lunch, because truly in a worse case scenario, we'd have a late breakfast and an early dinner, and preparing these items with possibly no power, takes more time to prepare), there are 18 dinners, times that by 20 and you have 360 days of Dinner (many of them producing leftovers). And I included desserts in my plan so my family can have dessert once a week. There are 13 desserts that you'll times the ingredients by 4 to get 52 weeks, one per week.

The ingredient list is forthcoming, for now you can see what meals I have included for my own food storage plan (and to see the recipes click on the labels "MY Food Storage Dinners" or whatever:
