1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup already constituted and made powdered milk
Combine dry ingredients. Slowly add milk and stir with a wooden spoon to get a soft dough (add more flour if necessary). Turn onto a well-floured surface and knead 3 to 4 times. Roll out a rectangle (1/2 inch thick) and cut into strips with pizza slicer. Put in greased 9x13 pan and bake at 450 degrees for about 12-15 min depending on your oven (you just want them lightly browned).
OPTIONAL: Melt 3 TB butter and pour over uncooked breadsticks in pan. Sprinkle with either sesame seeds for a plain breadstick, or with parmesan cheese and a little garlic powder for garlic breadsticks.
