You may use powdered milk, powdered eggs, and dried apples, making this recipe with only Food Storage items.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups diced apples (or use dried apple slices) or raisins
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
2 TB honey
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1) Sift dry ingredients together. Combine wet and stir into the dry mixture. Mix well.Stir in apples.
2) Fill muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
