Makes about 2 quarts.
Ingredients:
6 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seed kernels
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
1) Mix all ingredients except raisins. Stir in and coat thoroughly with:
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup honey
2) Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min (check on it every 10 min and stir). Last five minutes add raisins or other dried fruit.
