Ingredients:
2/3 cup uncooked wheat berries
1/2 cup uncooked pearl barley
1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
2 cans veg. broth (14 1/2 oz each)
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tsp lemon zest
6 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small jar diced pimentos (optional)
*Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Stir and serve.
