Honey Bread

Ingredients:
4 cups flour (all-purpose, whole-wheat, or a combo of both)
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 TB vanilla
3/4 cup honey

Combine flour, brown sugar. baking powder and salt. In another bowl combine honey, butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly add liquid mixture to dry and just blend. Add chopped nuts, if desired. Pat into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 min or until middle is done.
