Turkey Meatloaf

Okay, if you like meatloaf, you've got to try this recipe. It's actually from "Eating for Life" cookbook, and it might sound weird, but my kids and husband all like it.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
4 egg whites
1 cup salsa (I like a chunky kind medium heat)
3/4 cup oats, uncooked
1 package Knorr Vegetable Mix
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup

1) In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup (I like to use my hands. Take off your wedding ring). Press mixture into a sprayed-with-Pam 9x5 loaf pan and spread ketchup over the top. Bake at 350 degrees until meatloaf is no longer pink in the center and juice is clear (about 1 hour).
