You can prepare the wheat, then use 1/2 wheat and 1/2 ground beef in your everyday recipes or add to casseroles.
10 cups water
4 cups raw wheat
1 TB salt
*Oil a large slow cooker and fill with wheat, water, and salt. Cover and cook on low overnight (8-10 hours). Cooked wheat may be bagged and stored in the fridge for a week, or in the freezer for a few months.
