Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (1 stick)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup honey
1 egg yolk
Whip butter in a small bowl to soften. Add vanilla and egg yolk. Gradually blend in honey while whipping. Makes 1 cup. If doubling/tripling and keeping for longer storage, cover and refrigerate for up to 10 days. Let stand an hour at room temp before serving.
